These Terms of Use govern your use of the Voussa website and the free tools on it. Please read them before using the site.

1. Who we are and acceptance

The Voussa website is operated by Abdullah Al-zomi, an individual sole trader based in Istanbul, Turkey, trading as "Voussa" ("Voussa", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes and to learn about our services. The content here is provided for general information; it describes our approach and services but is not a promise of any particular result. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

3. The free Report tool

The Structural Integrity Report and any other free tools are provided "as is," to give you a useful assessment based on the information you submit. For it to be meaningful, submit accurate information. The output is guidance, not a guarantee of performance, and is not professional, legal, or financial advice. Decisions you make based on it are your own.

4. Intellectual property

The website and everything in it — text, design, brand, and the methodology and frameworks behind our work — belong to Voussa or are used with permission, and are protected by law. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or reuse our content or methods without our written permission. We're glad to describe what our approach achieves; the underlying methods remain ours.

5. Acceptable use

When using this site, you agree not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its systems, or other users' data;
• probe, scan, or test the security of the site, or bypass its protections;
• scrape, harvest, or reverse-engineer the site, its content, or its tools;
• submit false information, spam, or malicious content through our forms; or
• use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights.

6. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites. We provide those links for convenience and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any site we do not control.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and free tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by Turkish law, we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the site or its free tools. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Paid services

Client engagements, preset purchases, and subscriptions are not governed by these Terms. Each is governed by a separate written agreement provided at the point of purchase or onboarding, which sets out the commercial terms — including scope, payment, delivery, ownership and licensing of deliverables, refunds, cancellation, and billing. Where that agreement and these Terms both apply, the separate agreement controls for the paid service. (Commercial terms will be expanded here as the storefront and subscription billing go fully live.)

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the site and our services change. When we do, we update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Turkey.
